(More customer reviews)This book lives up to the title. It hits on key areas of the car which need attention. The author not only tells how to restore the car to stock condition, but he gives tips on how to make the car a daily driver. This book has a listing of contacts and companies for parts and service which are not the easy-to-find. I found this book to be a great START to my '57 Chevy, but the book leaves many questions unanswered (such as what exact disk brakes will work from your local parts store!) Find this book used, and it's a GREAT bargan!
