(More customer reviews)I am a 76 year old woman who recently had a mild heart attack. Diaginosed with cardiomyopathy. My physican who is an intergrative specialist recommended the book and put me on Dr. Sinatras' diet and supplements. Within 4 weeks my ejection fraction went from 30 to 55 and my echocardiagram is normal. That and prayers to the Lord are amazing. God bless these pioneers. Dr. Sinatra is a very well known and respected cardiologist. Anyone with heart disease should read this book.
