This one is reprinted by Skyhorse Publishing, who in the past has changed contents, titles, artwork, effective and release dates as they were originally published by the FAA. For example, this book is listed as new for November 2009. This book was originally released by the FAA in 2008 -- the November 2009 date reflects when this company started reprinting it and does not reflect any new or changed information from the original book the FAA Wrote. I rely on ASA for all FAA handbooks to ensure I've got the "real deal."
