This is a basic guide appropriate for a beginner. There are a few more-detailed and comprehensive guides that will appeal to those beyond the "beginner" category however - but this guide is a good starting place. I don't know what the deal is with the astronomical price on this edition - opt for the more recent addition for around $19.
