Very good and helpful information. Although the book has some great information and tips it is not designed for the complete novice (and the author will tell you as well).
Personally, I am more interested in restoring Japanese bikes where as this book tends to focus a little on British bikes, however it contained a ton of valuable tips and made my projects easier and more enjoyable.
Oh, one last point ... I liked the authors style and it was ease to read and I enjoyed going back to it as I needed more ideas.
