(More customer reviews)If only all tractor books had this much useful detail! This is a real "meat-n-taters" book on a particularly popular era of Farmall. If you have one in this era, I don't think there is a better overall book to own... besides the factory service manuals, of course. Guy Fay lives near the IH archive and has done a "Dr. Livingston" of that material. He probably knows it as well as his own backyard. Combined with his practical experience and observation, this means you can count on this book as largely a "primary research" book and not rehashed research done by others. It's intelligently and appealingly laid out and Kraushaar's photography is impeccable throughout.
