(More customer reviews)This Kershner Manual has long been considered one of the best study guides for private pilot training. It is packed with useful information, presented in an easy to understand fashion. I would recommend this book to anyone beginning their flight training, or to any pilot who is looking for a skill "refresher".
Kershner puts alot of emphasis on the physics involved in all of the maneuvers and flight characteristics discussed in this manual. His style of writing, while filled with technical information, is still quite fun to read. The only thing I would gripe about, and it is quite minor, is that some of the illustrations in the book are a bit outdated.
